Served as lead counsel in numerous State and Federal trials, including such notable cases as the Greenwood (Indiana) midair collision, the explosion at Fort Benjamin Harrison, the Mt. Vernon warehouse fire, and the helicopter crash at Camp Atterbury. Selected for inclusion in the 2004, 2005, and 2006 Indiana Super Lawyers.
