Kightlinger & Gray Partners Present Mock Mediation Kightlinger & Gray, LLP Partners James W. Roehrdanz, Thomas J. Jarzyniecki, and Ginny L. Peterson participated in a mock mediation for independent insurance agents working with Chubb Insurance. The presentation, entitled “Claims Handling: What Your Client’s Loss Looks Like”, took place on September 10, 2009, and counts towards the insurance agents’ continuing education credits.
Mr. Roehrdanz attended Indiana University and Valparaiso University School of Law. His practice areas include construction, environmental, premises liability, product liability, health care provider, and motor vehicle litigation, in addition to mediation.
Mr. Jarzyniecki attended the State University of New York at Buffalo and Valparaiso University School of Law. His practice areas include product liability, subrogation and fire-related causalities, construction, utility, and property damage litigation.
Ms. Peterson attended Purdue University and the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. She received her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 1987. Her practice areas include bad faith, insurance law and regulation, legal malpractice, environmental, professional liability, and casualty policy coverage litigation.
