Michael E. Brown Named Diplomat of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana

Indianapolis, IN – Michael E. Brown, a senior partner with Kightlinger & Gray, LLP, was named a “Diplomat of the Indiana Defense Trial Counsel” for 2009. Mr. Brown was honored with this award at the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana’s Sixteenth Annual Meeting & Conference on November 18, 2009. The “Diplomat of the Indiana Defense Trial Counsel” award is presented to members of the Indiana bar who have distinguished themselves throughout their careers by outstanding contributions to the representation of clients in the defense of litigation matters.

 

Mr. Brown has been practicing law in Indiana since 1978 and is often a speaker on legal topics. His practice areas include bad faith, commercial litigation, constitutional law, first party insurance defense, insurance agents and brokers errors and omissions, insurance law and regulation, and professional liability litigation. He received his law degree, his MBA and his undergrad degree from Indiana University. He currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.
