Kristen M. Carroll and Jennifer M. Herrmann Promoted to Partner Indianapolis, IN – The partnership of Kightlinger & Gray, LLP, has elected Kristen M. Carroll and Jennifer M. Herrmann to the partnership. The firm currently has 48 attorneys practicing in Indianapolis, Evansville, and New Albany, Indiana.
Ms. Carroll was admitted to practice law in 2001. She is a 1995 graduate of Samford University and a 2001 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. Her practice focuses on employment, workers compensation, commercial litigation, bad faith defense and general insurance defense litigation. She resides in Carmel, Indiana, with her husband and two daughters.
Ms. Herrmann was admitted to practice law in Indiana in 2003. She graduated from DePauw University in 2000 and the Indiana University School of Law in 2003. Her practice focuses on products liability, premises liability, toxic tort, contract law, and insurance defense litigation. Ms. Herrmann has served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Blind Children's Foundation, Inc. and as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Indianapolis. She lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, with her husband and son.
