As part of our traditional work in the field of insurance defense law, we have represented employers and their worker’s compensation insurers for decades. Our work in this area has led us to the representation of self-insured employers as well.

Our worker’s compensation practice includes trying cases before the Worker’s Compensation Board and appealing cases to the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Indiana.
